What it does
An agent builds an itinerary day by day, prices it, compares the quotes, and keeps every lead in the same place. The finished details go out to the traveller over WhatsApp.
It is a Laravel 12 application on MySQL, with a Filament 5 admin and Livewire 3 for the interactive parts. A separate FastAPI service and a set of n8n automations handle the work that sits outside the request cycle.
A small travel agency runs on WhatsApp threads, a spreadsheet of quotes and somebody’s memory. It works until two agents are quoting the same client different prices and a lead goes cold because nobody was sure whose it was. This puts the itinerary, the price and the lead in one place.
There is no public sign-up. It is hosted for the agencies I set it up for — get in touch if you want it running for yours.
